Investor Engagement Manager

We're seeking an investor engagement manager who can establish solid and trusted relationships with Accela's network of financial institutions globally. This role is pivotal in building the foundation for Accela's investor engagement capability as the organisation scales and will work closely with our research team to deliver value to our clients.

**Location**:Europe, Melbourne or Sydney. Working from home and co-working office space is available.

**Salary**: $100,000 plus Superannuation

**Job Responsibility**
- **Managing client relationships**: Responsible for expanding the reach and impact of our work. This includes lead generation, business development, distribution of Accela's insights, and ongoing engagement with stakeholders (financial institutions, companies we cover, and partners) to take a proactive and strategic view of their needs and the value generated from Accela's solutions.
- **Knowing our stakeholders and market trends**: Develop a strong understanding of the financial sector institutions we work with, including their net zero strategies, engagement priorities and frameworks, market insights, company and sectoral news, to anticipate their needs and provide trusted advice to support them.
- **Providing solutions**:You will be the main point of contact for our financial institution clients, responsible for understanding stakeholder requests and directing them to the team. You will use the knowledge gained to collaborate with the team to improve product offerings and solutions, including developing presentations and proposals and managing meetings and investor roadshows.
- **Establishing our stakeholder engagement strategy and capability**:Develop and execute our investor engagement strategy, including managing the annual investor relations calendar, roadshows, and industry events, and find ways to broaden the reach of our work to financial institutions, media, and broader stakeholders. Work with the CEO and Chief of Staff to support measurement and evaluation in achieving Accela's mission.
- **Keeping accurate information on stakeholder profiles**:Be meticulous in ensuring that records in Accela's Customer Relationship Management system are kept up-to-date to maintain the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent qualification/experience.
- You have worked in and have a good understanding of financial markets workings and participants.

**Experience & knowledge**:
