As part of our Investor Relations team in Melbourne, you will play a key role in building long-lasting relationships with our investors.

The Investor Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing investor requests, preparing and providing responses, coordinating investor events and functions, and ensuring all investors receive first-class service through regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage investor requests including preparing and providing responses
  • Coordinate investor events and functions taking responsibility for content agenda and preparing presentations
  • Organise meetings conferences and general ad hoc enquiries that arise
  • Provide assistance with Investor Engagement ensuring all investors receive first-class service through regular reporting
  • Coordinate due diligence requests which may include existing requests managing and follow up of responses working in the agreed timelines

To succeed in this role, you will need initiative, be comfortable in working in a process-driven environment and not afraid to question the status quo. You may have prior experience working with real estate or Funds Management or be a strong administrator coordinator or client manager ready to take the next step. Intermediate computer skills are a must, as well as Adobe Acrobat and design experience (whilst not essential). You will juggle conflicting priorities, pivot and change direction with little notice, and thrive in a stakeholder-focused environment where quality of work is paramount.
