**Eagers Automotive** is currently looking for an
**Automotive Parts Manager** to lead our Parts Department at
**Big Rock Toyota** in
**Balcatta**.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. This will include working with the Service Team and providing the best possible service to our customers.

**Duties will include**:

- Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
- Working collaboratively with the Service Department to achieve KPIs in both departments
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Assisting the general public with queries and purchases
- Interpreting requests for parts as required
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and driven to succeed. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are confident in your communication and leaderships skills - we would love to hear from you

**You will ideally possess**:

- Experience managing a Parts Department (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working in a Parts Department as an Assistant Manager or Interpreter (essential)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Track record of successfully leading a team and meeting budgets
- Australian working rights and driver's licence
