Hotel Receptionist

Bell Tower Inn Ballarat is one of the major motels in Ballarat. We are looking for motivated receptionist.The RoleWorking on the motel reception will require you to but is not limited to
- Taking guest bookings through face to face, phone, and internet contacts
- processing checks in and check outs
- Processing payments
- Processing room service orders
- Responding to guest enquiries
- Daily organisation of the housekeeping team
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Administration duties
- General office cleaning

The reception area operates 7 days per week and is open every day of the year. Weekend and public holiday work are a requirement of this role. Skills & Attributes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29.33 - $39.54 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week

- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- police check (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
