We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.

Team Leader, Defence Relocations - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Opportunity

Due to upcoming parental leave we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Government and Defence Division in Melbourne VIC. This will be a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership to a team of case managers in our Relocation Service Centre. Your role will include managing workload allocation, monitoring and coaching on performance to drive efficiencies and increase productivity whilst ensuring that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation. You will support the Manager with HR Administrative & Performance Management.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high quality team leadership, support & advice to case managers through coaching and feedback, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.- Workflow management ensuring caseloads are managed in line with both internal and client Key Performance Indicators.- Review and monitor individual performance against KPI's and provide regular monthly coaching and support to address gaps and improve efficiencies and productivity.- Key contributor to the formal twice yearly Performance Review process at Toll- Manage day to day resource levels (leave etc) and workload allocation to ensure service levels are still achieved- Support the Relocation Admiration Service Manager with people management, reporting, co-ordinate learning & training and ad hoc projects.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service leadership in a large organisation, preferably in an administrative environment where service delivery and service recovery are central themes.- Performance Management that includes measuring performance against objectives with a focus on.- Experience with team leadership in a case management or related services environment would be advantageous.- Experience in Global Mobility, Assignment Management, managed services, Insurance or Travel would be advantageous.- Proficient in ADF Relocation Policy or the ability to quickly attain this.- An excellent communicator who flourishes in a fast-paced environment
