Tasks & Responsibilities Liaising directly with tenants to understand and improve overall experience satisfaction.
Managing the Centuria tenant portal.
Organizing tenant events and initiatives.
Facilitating events between Centuria staff and tenants or prospects to foster relationships.
Monitoring market trends of major competitors and co-working operators.
Inspecting Centuria properties and competitors regularly.
Researching amenities, technology, and tenant engagement trends locally and internationally.
Collaborating with the National Tenant Experience Manager to enhance the tenant portal and engagement programs.
