
Tenant Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our tenancy management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and services to tenants, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
\About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team who are passionate about providing exceptional specialist disability accommodation (SDA) that empowers NDIS participants to live independently, with dignity and comfort.
You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, from initial intake to move-out. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with tenants and their stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your experience in tenant or property management, client support, or community services, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
\Key Responsibilities:Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, families, support coordinators, and SIL providers.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with tenants and their stakeholders.
Tenancy & Information Management:
- Manage all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure tenant details are accurately entered and updated in CRM systems.
Complaints, Issues & Property Oversight:
- Log and action complaints and incidents using internal registers.
- Work with property and maintenance teams to resolve concerns and ensure all sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Tenancy Risk & Satisfaction Monitoring:
- Conduct regular check-ins with tenants and/or their representatives.
- Administer satisfaction surveys and escalate any concerns or at-risk tenancies to management.
Previous experience in tenancy or property management, client support, or community services.
Familiarity with SDA, NDIS, or disability accommodation is highly desirable.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
High attention to detail and experience using CRM systems.
