Qualifications & experience
- Experience: Events management and Marketing, Project management, Commercial Real Estate Management, Co-working experience.
- Attention to detail, adapting to a fast paced and changing market, creative, strong networking and relationship management skills, professional presentation and strong customer service.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Liaising directly with tenants to understand overall experience satisfaction.
- Manage the Centuria tenant portal.
- Organising tenant events and initiatives.
- Organising events between Centuria staff and existing or prospective tenants to encourage more effective networking and fostering of relationships.
- Keeping abreast of the latest market trends of major competitors and co-working operators.
- Regularly inspecting the Centuria properties and the competitors.
- Research amenity, technology, and tenant engagement trends in Australia and overseas.
- Working closely with the National tenant experience manager to expand the Centuria tenant portal and the tenant engagement program.
