This is an exciting opportunity as you will be working at the forefront of technology, you will get to explore GenAI solutions and see them implemented whilst supporting and developing the team to grow. You will work closely across Services to enable your team to deliver on their work whilst engaging with a highly engaged business group.

**As a Technology Team Lead you'll get to**
- Develop, mentor and lead the team whilst and uplifting overall capability and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate across other tech teams for successful customer and business outcomes. As well as with a highly engaged business group.
- Involvement in key initiatives part of our transformation.
- Vendor and Partner management.

**About you**
- You will have fantastic skills in building stakeholder relationships, the ability to collaborate across Services and have experience leading technical delivery teams consisting of Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
- You'll be an excellent communicator with good influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior technology stakeholders, business group stakeholders, Fintech partners and vendors.
- Ability to think strategically about how we can simplify, modernise and uplift our tech landscape.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives using Agile methodologies.
