Reporting to the **Branch Manager, Project Support Group,** the **Project Support Supervisor (Metro) **will be responsible for daily management, leadership and support of labour hire and site maintenance personnel. You will ensure a high level of communication and safety awareness for the Project Support Group (PSG) and ongoing customer support effectiveness.

You will assist the site work teams with product technical maintenance information, documentation, and continuous improvement with maintenance support process. This role will pro-actively assist with the site team and customer base with relation to service letter implementation and warranty process combining and working with branch personnel and PSG Projects/labour hire work group.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting will be required as agreed with the PSG Branch Manager, with emphasis on Work in Progress (WIP) management and customer satisfaction to support site manning requirements.

**Roster**:5/2 10hrs

**Essential**:

- Caterpillar Dealer experience
- Field Service Technician experience with a minimum 5-7 years' post trade qualification, coupled with a minimum 2+ years supervisory experience with demonstrated proficiency in coaching, training, and mentoring people
- DBS work order and warranty process experience
- Previous site experience min 4 years
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
- Basic understanding of financial principles including working to set budgets/cost targets
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace.
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously

**Desirable**:

- OEM dealer experience working in maintenance and repair contracts
- SAP experience
- Green Belt CPS/Lean/6 Sigma qualified
- Certificate IV Frontline Management or Diploma of Management
