About the Role
Perform keyword research in line with client's business goals End to end on-site strategy creation including keyword research, metadata and technical recommendations Conducting competitor analysis and identifying optimisation opportunities Delivery of SEO projects against a timely schedule Manage the implementation of suggested search strategy across internal and external stakeholders Conducting SEO audits resulting in actionable outcomes Implementing SEO deliverables including on-page optimisations, off-page SEO and technical SEO Develop and deliver data-driven Google PPC strategies for clients and partners in line with the client 's objectives. Plan out campaign approaches, including testing strategies, Ad Sets, and keywords. Develop, write and optimise creative ad headlines and copy while managing a well defined detailed PPC scopes of work. Ongoing management and optimisation of Google campaigns across AdWords, Display, Shopping and YouTube Creation of digital performance reports and commentary for clients Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
Knowledge & Skills
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics Previous experience with SEMRush or other similar tools such as Moz, Ahrefs Uber Suggest etc. Familiarity with on-page optimisation techniques such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content optimisation Understanding of off-page optimisation techniques, including link building and content marketing Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members Strong organisational and project management skills Experience managing a range of Google PPC clients across a range of industries, with a range of different budgets. Knowledge in planning, delivering and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube Networks A strong understanding and ability to navigate Google Analytics, including setting up goals and conversion tracking Someone who can confidently talk to clients and explain their strategic thinking A bachelor degree in marketing or at least five years of relevant experienceCompany Values
