Werribee Heart is a busy specialist cardiology practice servicing the greater Wyndham area. We provide the highest standard of care to all our patients and offer onsite Cardiologists for consultation as well as a full range of non
- invasive cardiac testing.

We are looking for a new part-time receptionist to join our established friendly team. Medical receptionist experience is preferred but not strictly required as all training will be provided on the job.
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role, with excellent oral, written and communication skills.
- The ability to handle a busy work environment with a friendly and professional attitude
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Effective computer skills and the ability to multi-task

The role will include, but not be limited to:

- Reception duties, greeting patients on arrival and checking paperwork
- Answering and directing phone enquires
- Billing patient accounts via Medicare
- Scanning paperwork and updating patient files

The position will be part-time across the following days:
Monday 8.30am - 5pm, Tuesday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30 - 5pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
