Do you have a flair for the theatrical and tendency to love brainteasers? We are seeking a passionate, friendly and creative individual to join The Mystery Rooms team as a Gamesmaster. As a Gamesmaster, you will be at the heart of our immersive experiences, hosting teams and guiding them through puzzles, mysteries, and adventures designed to thrill and excite. Play characters and interact with teams throughout their experience bringing your own flair to our multiple themed rooms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service, friendly vibes and in room debriefs about the games.
- **Encourage Repeat Customers**: Provide amazing experiences so that customers become our biggest promoters, as well as getting customers engaged with our excellent Rewards Scheme.
- **Game Facilitation**: Lead groups of players through our diverse range of escape room scenarios, maintaining the excitement and engagement throughout.
- **Game Monitoring**: Monitor game progress through surveillance systems and provide timely clues or assistance as required.
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly adapt to unforeseen challenges or technical issues to ensure seamless gameplay for all participants, as well as having a strong attention to detail to prevent problems before they come up.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Ensure a clean welcoming venue as well as tidy and well maintained rooms.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for puzzles, performance, storytelling, and immersive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse groups of players.
- Quick thinking and the ability to improvise under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed, primarily evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service or entertainment industry (preferred but not required).
