**Project Overview**:
Exciting opportunity to contribute to a major transformation program for an Australian financial institution. Join a dynamic team working on diverse projects including Product & Pricing, Risk & Regulatory, Collateral Management, and Version upgrades, focusing on the Calypso asset.

**Role Highlights**:
As a seasoned Calypso Project Manager/Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in a multi-year exchange-wide Transformation Program. Engage with senior executives, SMEs, quant analysts, and developers, showcasing your expertise in traded, liquidity, and market risk. This high-profile role offers autonomy and growth potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the OTC Calypso Stream, upgrading from v13 to v17.
- Define critical paths, success criteria, and interpret metrics for business outcomes.
- Initiate, plan, deliver, and implement, ensuring on-time delivery and quality benchmarks.
- Identify and mitigate risks, demonstrating excellent commercial acumen, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Communicate project progress to Executive stakeholders.
- Manage resource requirements and stakeholder expectations across the program.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- 10+ years in financial services, clearing risk, settlement, or registry functions.
- Prior Calypso project experience as an SME or Delivery lead.
- Technical financial risk IP, comfortable with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in large programs with multiple initiatives.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with effective problem-solving skills.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience in other capital market platforms like Murex.
- Familiarity with LCH Swapclear, Markiwire, Trioptima.
