In this sweet role you will be responsible for:The daily production schedule is executed efficiently and accurately, delivering all products on time and in full to all customers and shops it supplies.All Communication that is received from support office, customers, and business partners is promptly actioned and effectively communicated with all members of your team.Oversee and complete relevant Site food safety and cleanliness checks such as QCPs and GMP ensuring Krispy Kreme standards are being adhered to with clear steps taken when required to mitigate any product quality or Food Safety issues.Collaborate with Team Leaders to update and implement the daily production schedule by optimizing workforce placement and resource coordination.
Overseeing sick leave and maintaining timecard records.Responsible for the execution of administrative duties related to order fulfilment (EBS).
Offer coaching, direction, and constructive feedback to Team Members and Team Leaders through your on-site presence, regularly walking the production line, processing area and pick and packing.Accountable for overseeing Krispy Kremer training and reporting, encompassing the Krispy Kreme onboarding, Workplace Fundamentals and Leadership Training Programs as well as compulsory adhoc training modules with our LMS platform, "Dough It".
Oversee day-to-day staffing levels and timekeeping, ensuring efficient workflow whilst adhering to labour budgets.As far as reasonability practicable, protect yourself and others from safety risk and/or hazards.
Escalate safety risks and/or hazards using the Krispy Kreme systems and processes.Lead, participate and/or contribute to regular communications such as the DDS (Daily Directional Setting), Team/Group discussions, Feedback sessions, general corrective guidance, accountability adherence and one-on-one briefings as appropriate; making sure these are recorded when required.
Lead and champion designated focus areas assigned to you, which may include Manufacturing Efficiency, Inventory Management, and/or People Capability.Continue to upskill and contribute to your growth by taking charge of your own development through Krispy Kreme's development programWhat you can bring to the teamWe firmly believe in hiring for cultural contribution and training for skills, however there are some things we need from you:Great time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.Strong communication skills capable of inspiring and motivating others.Fundamental business acumen to analyse reports and devise plans to enhance performance.A practical understanding of budgeting, forecasting, labour and materials managementA strong desire to help yourself and others develop.A commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce.Integrity and a commitment to ethical operations.Confidence, passion and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand.Qualifications & EducationFood Safety CertificateMinimum 3 year in Food Handling and/or Manufacturing IndustryMinimum 1 year in a managerial position in relevant industryExperience working with Good Maunfacturing Practices and proceduresEvery day at Krispy Kreme is filled with little moments that have big possibilities
