**About the role**:
The Client Support Officer will be focused on providing quality customer support by ensuring all services meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.
**Duties include**:
- Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
- Process customer transactions
- Resolve customer phone and online enquiries
- Schedule services customers/clients
- Take customer bookings.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
- Certificate III
- Experience in Aged Care
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office and database systems
