Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**APS5/6 Program Officer** who can coordinate activities related to procurement, budgeting and risk management.

**About the role**:

- Manage financial arrangements for the program, including budget monitoring, payment processing and EOFY processes
- Monitor delivery and quality of contracted services and co-ordinate Secretariat feedback for the contractor
- Develop advice and documentation to inform current and future finance and contracted services arrangements
- Perform other program management tasks including procurement and risk management
- Support the Contract Manager and work closely with the contracted services provider as the primary day to day point of contact
- Undertake other duties as required.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial, contract and program management, skills.
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
