**Who We Are**

We are a boutique town planning consultancy based in the Macarthur Region (South-western Sydney). We offer a range of town planning services for small to medium builders, individual clients, various consultants and stakeholders in the development industry. Our projects spread across all of NSW. Every project is unique so we work one on one with our clients to provide a customised service to the needs of each project.

**About the role**

As a student or graduate town planner within the business, your primary role will be to prepare reports and assist in providing town planning support and services to our clients.

Day to day tasks of the role include:

- Assisting our town planners to provide advice to consultants, clients, developers and builders,
- Assist in the preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 variations,

**Skills and experience**

The successful applicant must have:

- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelors of Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent
- Understanding of the EP&A Act and plan reading ability highly regarded
- Driver's licence
- Strengths should include hard working, flexibility, keen to learn and progress, ability to adapt, organisational skills, people skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
