- ** Customer Service**:You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner, documenting customer needs for future use.
- ** Operational Excellence**: You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors internal process standards, to complete timely, accurate and compliant documentations, customer billings and system updates.
- ** Service Provider Relationships**:As an operation agent you will build strong partnerships with Service Providers including Airlines, Terminal operators and Trucking companies to ensure your client is serviced to a high level.
- Previous experience within the logistics field or equivalent training of 2 years
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Tertiary Educated
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
