We are seeking a suitably qualified **Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant** on a Full Time basis for our Ascot Home.

**About your role**:
As a **Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant**, you will support our Lifestyle Coordinator helping create, implement and further develop our Lifestyle programs. Working frontline with our residents, you will promote positive outcomes for our resident lifestyle choices while catering to their individual needs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with professional care practices
- Work collaboratively with your team to support and contribute to the Lifestyle plan
- Evaluate current and future Lifestyle options and initiatives
- Provide support for our Volunteers
- Participate in ongoing education and support within your team

**About you**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and proactive work ethic
- Relevant qualifications - Certificate III in Leisure & Lifestyle (or working towards)
- Experience with the Montessori philosophy lifestyle program is ideal
- Previous experience within an Aged Care setting (preferred)
- A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
- Intermediate systems/computer skills

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of Work rights in Australia
- Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
- Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
