Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in empowering residents to live their best lives.
The successful candidate will have experience working in aged care or a related field, with a strong focus on facilitating leisure and lifestyle activities for residents. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and assessing therapeutic plans, supporting residents to engage in their preferred activities, and collaborating with staff and volunteers to provide high-quality programs.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A positive and professional work style
