Are you a creative, detail-driven designer ready to shape the future of digital campaigns for one of Australia's leading doctor-developed skincare brands? Liberty Belle Rx is looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join our in-house team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting impactful visuals that elevate our brand across all digital platforms.
As our Digital Designer, you'll work closely with our Digital/E-Commerce Marketing Manager, Social Media & PR Manager, and the broader marketing team to bring campaigns to life. From concept through to execution, your work will span eDMs, social media campaigns, website & video content, and product packaging—delivering bold, innovative, and brand-consistent design that resonates with our audience.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality creative assets that bring our brand story to life across digital channels, including:
Design & execute high-quality packaging with attention to detail
Supporting ongoing website design updates and visual identity enhancements
Ensuring all creative aligns with Liberty Belle Rx's brand guidelines for tone, typography, and layout
Maintaining organised digital asset folders and approval workflows
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on marketing and brand initiatives
This is a 5-day per week on-site role, based at our Toorak office.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a passionate designer who combines creativity with technical expertise, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will bring:
A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Graphic/Digital Design
3+ years' experience in an agency or in-house design role, ideally in beauty, retail, or lifestyle
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Skills in packaging design and execution (highly regarded)
Proven ability to design high-quality digital content under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across teams and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
