We have an opportunity for a **Quality Assurance Officer **to work within a key client account based in Sydney.

This role is based at **Holsworthy and Richmond, NSW**

**Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.**
- Coordinate the implementation of quality assurance activities across client sites
- Prepare auditing schedules, audit templates and quality standards to monitor and control the quality of services provided to the client
- Conduct site audits and inspections
- Work closely with Service Line Managers to maintain processes, procedures and records to ensure that current best practice is achieved and maintained
- Review customer feedback, analyse trends and recommend improvements as required
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, findings and decisions, in accordance with policies and procedures

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position - ideally in the Facilities Management industry
- Qualifications in Quality Auditing, Business Management or relevant technical discipline
- Proven experience conducting audits and inspections
- Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems
