
Digital Adoption Training Coordinator

**About the role**:
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to coordinate the training requirements of the Digital Transformation Strategy for Nova Systems.
The Digital Adoption Training Coordinator will develop materials and associated training programs, encompassing all aspects of training, training management, training development and communication. They will collaborate with each functional Product Owner in accordance with best practice organisational learning methodologies and with the Technology Change Management Team to assist with the effective delivery of change and training activities.
**What will you be involved in**:
- Create and manage the development and implementation of training materials and programs.
- Coordinate training materials development, delivering training across various platforms (Oracle Guided Learning, iSpring, PowerPoint quick reference guides and internal face to face courses).
- Support Product Owners and wider business to deliver the training sessions both virtually and face to face across various initiatives.
- Work directly with project teams and third parties for project schedules and needs.
- Work as part of the Technology Change Management Team to ensure awareness of the change and training requirements for each project.
- Coordinate training and associated activities, through key stakeholders including Security, Technology and communications to ensure access provisioning is provided in sufficient time for training to be delivered, and staff are effectively trained.
- Identify and implement training best practices using lessons learned, industry standards and client feedback.
- Monitor training material and deliver performance through quantitative data and training evaluation feedback.
- Other duties as required.
**What we would like from you**:
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years related to technical training initiatives, with 2+ years supervisory experience managing training delivery teams.
- Project management skills necessary to coordinate tasks, delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Proven and effective leadership and negotiations experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with stakeholders in different locations.
- Demonstrated computer skills for document preparation and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate project details across functions, including but not limited to trainers (product owners), help desk staff, project managers and contractors.
- Excellent ability to run meetings efficiently and see that action items are completed in a timely manner.
- Australian Citizen.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience using ERP (Oracle), CRM software and SharePoint an advantage.
- Experience in effective training planning and delivery for technology implementation projects.
- Experience or knowledge with such tools as Oracle Guided Learning and iSpring.
