**Introduction**:
**In this Role, you'll get to**
- Monitor product user experience (quality) metrics (NPS, CPO, etc.) and provide valuable local insights to HQ teams
- Regularly conduct user research, competitor analysis, or expert testing to identify any product quality defects and gaps compared to competitors.
- Utilise data analysis skills to analyse product user experience (quality) metrics and user behaviour data.
- Build long-term collaboration mechanism with multi-teams (Regional and HQ) to address user pain points and improve overall product experience.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree - UX/ User Research, Data Analysis, or any related field is a plus
- At least 3 years experience in user experience/user research/data analysis/Product manager/PMO or related fields in the internet industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data, preferable with knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
- Knowledge of design thinking and user experience is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with international teams and clients.
- Experience in the travel and e-commerce industry is a plus.
