Level 4 | Salary from $77,113 to $82,504 per annum plus Superannuation

About the Role
Kingsway Indoor Stadium is seeking a fun & enthusiastic individual who has a passion to work in the sport & recreation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stadium's popular sporting competitions. The successful appointee will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating all sporting competitions at Kingsway Indoor Stadium
Leading a small team of casual sport umpires
Increasing team participation across all sporting competitions at Kingsway Indoor Stadium.
Assist in leading the daily operations at Kingsway Indoor Stadium,
Assisting with the development & delivery of the stadium's marketing & promotions plan,
Participating in business development and implementation of initiatives in line with key business and performance targets
About You
As a collaborative member of the Kingsway team, the position is accountable for delivering a high standard of well-organised sporting competitions and a high level of customer service. Applicants must be able to demonstrate through their CV and covering letter that they meet the following capabilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
Ability to work in high pressure situations,
Experience in the development and delivery of leisure and sports programs,
Proven communication and customer service skills,
Knowledge of the practical application of Occupational Safety & health measures within a leisure facility environment.
You be successful in this role, the following requirements will also need to be met:
Qualification in relevant discipline such as Business, management or Sports & Recreation is desirable
Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
First Aid Certificate,
Working with Children Check.
