Supervisor of Sports Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this key leadership role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for sports and wants to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and expertise within a fast-paced industry, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality sports programs for children aged 3-12 years old. They will also be responsible for staff recruitment and training, customer service, managing a team of sports coaches, and ensuring all performance metrics and targets are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sports coaches
  • Develop and implement effective sports programs for children aged 3-12 years old
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and targets
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work. Relevant experience is highly desirable.
