Based at Featherbrook P-9 College and working between other schools in the region with the other Handyperson/School Officers and cleaning teams to share responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of the entire school facilities. Specifically, you will be accountable for the delivery of services and complete all assigned maintenance and service tasks to achieve all contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications and special school projects.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in handyman repairs, trades assistant, carpentry or similar trade background preferred.
- Ability to supervise Project Work or related discipline.
- Experience in the delivery of FM services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors.
- Familiarity and understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building code of Australia.
- Available to be on call when required (allowance paid)
- A Pre-employment medical, Drivers Licence, Police Check and a Working with Children Check will be required for these positions.
