Join Our Team as a Trust Accounts Leader

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Trust Accounts Manager to take ownership of our trust accounting function and play a vital role in the financial integrity and success of our agency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of trust accounting, including processing receipts, bills, and weekly creditor runs.
  • Conduct bi-monthly disbursements and statements to property owners and prepare EOFY statements.
  • Reconcile Property Management and Sales trust accounts daily and monthly to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Liaise with auditors and support Principal to oversee the preparation for annual trust account audits.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ACT trust account legislation and financial compliance standards.
  • Support the Principal and office leadership with financial insights and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Office Manager and Administration team to ensure seamless operational performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing real estate trust accounts and audits.
  • Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements (ACT preferred).
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence in using real estate software systems (PropertyMe experience highly regarded).
