ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We're seeking a passionate Boutique Manager to lead our Yarra Trail St Ives. As a key ambassador for the brand, you'll create an inspiring boutique experience that celebrates natural beauty, effortless style, and a relaxed Australian spirit.

With your leadership, you'll cultivate a warm, client-focused atmosphere, mentor a close-knit team of fashion enthusiasts and bring the Yarra Trail vision to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead, inspire and support a boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
  • Drive a customer-first culture that prioritises authentic experiences and lasting relationships
  • Maintain an immaculate store environment through brand-aligned visual merchandising and styling
  • Monitor store performance, analyse sales data, and report insights to senior leaders
  • Oversee stock control, replenishment and implement effective loss prevention strategies
  • Manage store rosters and wage costs to align with business objectives
  • Recruit, train and develop a passionate team aligned with Yarra Trail's values
  • Champion a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with OH&S standards

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in retail management, ideally within boutique or lifestyle womenswear
  • A natural leader who inspires, mentors and motivates teams
  • Customer-centric, with strong interpersonal skills and a flair for styling
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs, sales goals, and operational targets
  • Skilled in stock control, rostering, and visual merchandising
  • Organised, proactive and confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passionate about fashion and committed to delivering a refined yet relaxed brand experience
