About the Role

MrK Jewellers is seeking an elegant, customer-focused, and motivated Jewellery Sales Associate to join our boutique team in St Ives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional customer service with a genuine passion for fine jewellery. You will assist clients in discovering meaningful pieces, provide expert advice on gemstones and craftsmanship, and ensure every visit to our boutique is an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and sales skills to achieve individual and team goals.

• Provide expert product knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery.

• Assist clients with custom designs, repairs, and special orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory management and support stock replenishment.

• Ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented and meets merchandising standards.

• Handle transactions efficiently and maintain organized client records.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a harmonious and professional environment.

• Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts as part of the boutique schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

• Excellent product knowledge and willingness to learn about gemstones and metals.

• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience in retail or fine jewellery sales is highly regarded.

• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays as required.

• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for fine jewellery.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Base Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum (depending on experience).

• Superannuation: Paid in addition to base salary.

• Commission: Attractive, uncapped sales commission.
