As a Lead Field Electrician with Capital Cranes & Hoists, you'll be the driving force behind WA's most powerful crane and hoist systems.

You'll handle everything from installations and maintenance to troubleshooting complex electrical control systems — keeping our clients' operations moving safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who enjoys fieldwork, autonomy, and mentoring others while working across major industrial and infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical fault-finding, repair, and testing of industrial crane and hoist systems
  • Installations and upgrades of electrical control panels and drives
  • Lead and support field teams on site, ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Liaise directly with clients, providing technical advice and service reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and training within the service team

About You

You're a practical, safety-driven professional who enjoys solving technical problems and seeing your work make a visible impact.

You'll bring:

  • WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • Experience in industrial or heavy-equipment systems (crane/hoist experience highly regarded)
  • Current Driver's Licence and strong fieldwork experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tight-knit crew
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to high workmanship standards
