Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is committed to the holistic development of students. The ideal candidate will actively live out their Christian faith and be engaged in a local church community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver engaging art lessons across various mediums (e.g. painting, drawing, sculpture, digital art)
· Foster creativity, critical thinking, and artistic expression
· Organise student exhibitions and contribute to school-wide arts events
· Collaborate with staff to integrate art into interdisciplinary learning
· Support students' personal and spiritual development through creative exploration
Qualifications:
· A relevant tertiary qualification in education or a related field
· NSW teaching accreditation and Working With Children Check
· Experience teaching art in a school setting
· Strong classroom management and communication skills
· Commitment to Christian values and the ethos of MPAC
