A strong commitment to deliver high quality administrative support and patient-centered care is essential for this positionThis is a full-time position for 38-hour work week. The applicant has to be available to work from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.Key Accountabilities include:Assisting patients in person, over the phone, and via emailsManaging patient appointments in line with medical imaging requirementsEnsuring accurate data entry of patient information into the patient management systemAttending to general housekeeping duties in reception and waiting area, including other administrative tasks as requiredPreserving confidentiality and privacy of all patient information and recordsCommunicating and liaising with other administrative and health professionalsAbout YouYou will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, preferably with a background in medical reception and the confidence to work across multiple systems and screens. You are a caring individual with professional verbal and written skills.
