We're seeking a Gym Partnerships & Outbound Sales Manager to lead the growth of our gym channel across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will develop and execute the outbound strategy, build strong relationships with gyms, personally drive outbound call activity, and guide a small casual team to scale results.

This role suits a motivated sales professional who is confident on the phone, comfortable owning KPIs, and skilled at building partnerships that convert into participation. You will bring structure and discipline to the sales cadence, maintain a clear pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and offers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver a structured outbound call program to gyms and fitness communities
  • Build, manage and progress a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Create call flows, scripts and objection-handling approaches
  • Lead by example through hands-on outbound calling and follow-up
  • Coach and support casual team members to achieve weekly targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, offers and timing

About you:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and affiliate and partnership development
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, disciplined and comfortable working to weekly KPIs
  • Resilient, proactive and motivated to achieve results
  • Interest in fitness, sport or live events is an advantage
