About the role

Coreserve Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a new Management Accountant to join our team in Girraween, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in driving financial strategy and performance for our growing organisation. Ready to step into management? this could be for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare detailed management accounts and financial reports to support decision making
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to senior management
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery
  • Support business planning and provide financial models for strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide guidance
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic business insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with financial systems and data analysis tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
