An exciting opportunity has opened up at Springwood Road State School for an experienced administrator to support the daily operations of the Leadership Team.

About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal and Leadership Team by providing high-level administrative and executive assistance. This position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's daily activities and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing confidential administrative and secretarial support, including advanced document preparation and database management.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, professional development sessions, and maintaining diaries.
- Managing incoming correspondence and calls, ensuring effective communication and prioritisation.
- Assisting with records management, including student and staff databases, and compliance documentation.
- Supporting event coordination, social media communication, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting educational excellence.
