Job Description

We're seeking a talented Manager to join our growing Darwin Advisory team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone passionate about contributing to the Northern Territory's business landscape. The role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a high-performing team across diverse advisory projects
  • Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive strategic planning and articulate key financial and operational insights
  • Manage client relationships and internal workflows with clarity and confidence
  • Present to senior stakeholders and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Support the growth of our Darwin market presence and advisory capability

How you are Extraordinary?

Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, built over a 4 year period, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilities:

  • Strong people management skills (not necessarily direct line management)
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles
  • Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage time and team workflows effectively

Qualifications

  • Tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology or similar degrees
  • Project management qualifications (desirable)
