About the role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a committed and customer-focused School Wear and Corporate Wear Retail Specialist to join the team at Total Uniforms in Geraldton, WA.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service, ensuring our school wear and corporate clients receive the correct advice and fitment for their needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to both walk-in and online clients through our customer specific ordering portal.
  2. Assess customer requirements and recommend solutions to our Corporate clients as well as provide in-house retail support across our school wear programme.
  3. Process quotes and sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and individual school requirements.
  5. Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising
  6. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the school , work wear or fashion industries.
  2. Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right solutions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service
  4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
  6. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
