As Senior Digital Designer, you'll be at the forefront of high-impact brand projects, translating strategy into compelling visuals across digital and print. You'll bring deep expertise in brand systems, exceptional craft, and a sharp eye for detail. While you won't manage people directly, you'll mentor midweight and junior designers, guiding them toward creative excellence and helping uphold our design standards.

You'll work closely with the Brand Design Lead to evolve our multi-brand design systems and libraries, push creative boundaries, and elevate the quality of work across every channel.

This is a role for someone who's passionate about brand storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and knows how to turn a brief into something unforgettable.

About You
You're not just a senior designer—you're a brand whisperer, a visual storyteller, and a strategic thinker rolled into one. You know how to take a brief and turn it into something that makes people stop scrolling, lean in, and say, "Who made this?" You've led projects from sketchpad to sign-off, and you do it with a mix of creative flair and razor-sharp precision.

You speak fluent Adobe and Figma, and you know your way around design systems like they're second nature. Variables, tokens, reusable components? You've got them sorted before your morning coffee. Typography, layout, visual hierarchy? You don't just understand them—you elevate them.

You're the kind of person who can walk into a room, present your work with confidence, and handle feedback like a pro. You collaborate with ease, whether it's with internal teams or external partners, and you're always looking for ways to make the process smoother, smarter, and more impactful.

Mentorship is in your DNA. You love sharing your knowledge, guiding junior designers, and raising the creative bar for everyone around you. You're not chasing trends—you're ahead of them, bringing fresh thinking and sharp instincts to every project.
