• Classification range: *DIETITIAN GR 1 YR 4-7 (AI 4-7) dependent on years of experience

What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking an innovative and flexible Grade 1 Dietitian who has a passion for learning and evidence-based care to work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team. The position will be primarily based at Rosebud Hospital, which accommodates acute and subacute beds, renal dialysis and chemotherapy chairs, and an emergency department. Clinical cover at other Peninsula Health sites (Frankston Hospital, The Mornington Centre, and Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Hospital) will be required as necessary.

The Dietitian will work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, management plans and discharge planning strategies with the emphasis on achieving optimal outcomes for clients, as relevant to the specific client goals. This is a dynamic, challenging and rewarding position, suited to a Dietitian with a commitment to best practice in integrated and multi-disciplinary care.

What You Need:

• Member, or eligible for membership of Dietitians Australia

• Current Victorian Drivers Licence

• A keen interest and motivation to increase skills in clinical dietetics

• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development

• Ability to be an effective team member

• Recent clinical experience in an inpatient setting is desirable
