**What You Will Be Doing**
You will be providing nutrition and dietetics services (on-site) to individual clients and groups, that are safe and high quality.

You will provide evidence-based services through person-centred and as part of a multidisciplinary team approach

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Essential - Eligibility to join DA / APD program
- Essential - Experience in working with clients with chronic disease and other healt issues.
- Essential - Covid-19 vaccination per government guidelines
- Desirable Criteria - experience in telehealth

Additional Requirements

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.

Essential: Do you have a minimum of 2 years experiencing managing clients with chronic health conditions?

Essential: Can you demonstrate experience in working both independently and as a part of a multi
- disciplinary or inter-disciplinary team, with the ability to work effectively, supportively and flexibly?

Essential: Have you had the Covid-19 and Flu vaccination in line with government policy?

Desirable: Do you have experience in managing clients with eating disorders?

Desirable: Do you have experience in the utilisation of teleheath for managing clients 1:1 and in groups?

Desirable: Do you have experience in working with diabetes educators for client coordinated care?

Desirable: Do you have experience in working flexibly with clients to achieve clients goals?
