Within Enterprise, our Management Consulting team partners with clients to tackle their most complex business challenges. • Leading cross-functional teams - managing delivery across strategy, operations, and change, while mentoring junior consultants and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Building trusted client relationships - acting as a strategic advisor to senior public sector stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving measurable outcomes.
How are you extraordinary?
  • You are a strategic thinker - able to distil complex policy and operational challenges into clear insights and develop practical, high-impact solutions.
  • You are a confident communicator - skilled at engaging senior government stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and presenting recommendations with clarity and influence.
  • You are a delivery-focused leader - experienced in managing multiple workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.
Your Experience

At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
  • Background in strategy consulting, public policy, or operational improvement within the local government sector.
  • Previous project leadership experience in delivering strategic and operational transformation in public sector environments.
  • Ability to structure and lead consulting engagements, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of government frameworks, policy development processes, and public sector governance structures.
Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in public administration, economics, business, or related disciplines.
