Project Officer - Government Sector - Perth
Short term contract for 4-12 weeks, with potential for extension

We are looking for a Project Officer to support a range of health sector project. This role involves providing high-level administrative and project support across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate MS Teams sessions

Prepare documents including agendas, minutes, and project papers

Support project activities and assist with tracking timelines

Communicate effectively with both corporate and clinical staff

About You
Experience in project work, the health sector, or both

Strong administrative and time management skills

Confident communicator with good stakeholder engagement skills

Able to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
