Position Overview:

Following a staff member needing to step down due to illness, we have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting our retail customers, assisting end users, and ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls regarding stock availability and customer queries.
  • Provide support for service-related enquiries via email and follow-up calls.
  • Process orders, issue invoices, and manage order documentation.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with external logistics partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and facilitate stock transfers as required.
  • Support the sales team with timely information and assistance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain office filing and database systems.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Energetic, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Friendly and professional phone manner with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer sales and support environment is preferred.
