About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Time Retail Customer Service Team Member to join the Bulldogs retail team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Team Store.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll be on the shop floor most of the time, providing top-tier customer service, managing store presentation, and assisting with daily retail operations including opening and closing the store.

Please note: This role requires a Tuesday to Saturday work week. Weekend availability is essential, as Saturday trading and game day responsibilities are a core part of this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations of the retail store, including opening/closing procedures and shift management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to fans, members, and visitors.
  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with retail operations on game days, including set-up and pack-down at home matches and events.
  • Support online store operations as needed, including packing and dispatch.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and performance KPIs.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or customer service environment (sports or fashion retail highly regarded).
  • Confident managing a shop floor, resolving customer issues, and supporting junior team members.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
  • Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team culture.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays, with a standard Tuesday–Saturday roster.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours on home game days, events, and peak periods.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employer) or willing to obtain.
