After recent significant growth, we are actively seeking applications for an experienced customer service team member to help deliver the exceptional customer service that we take pride in providing to our customer base.

About the role

This is a permanent, full time position working alongside the existing customer service team, providing support to our customers as well as to the sales and operational teams. Our business believes in a 'people-first' culture, working together as one team to deliver the best experience for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via telephone, email or online;
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
  • Handle customer queries and issues, providing appropriate information and solutions;
  • Regular liaison with other areas of the business to ensure the best possible customer experience, including sales representatives, operations, purchasing and finance;
  • General sales administrative tasks as required.

About you:

  • Prior experience working in a busy customer service environment preferably food service or FMCG industry;
  • Customer focused with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively with good attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great phone manner;
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
