Our 2026 IBL Program:
- Full-time, 12 month paid role to kick-start your career with a prestigious global brand.

The Product Management placement at a glance:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join the Head Office Product Management Team. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, Planning & Homologation, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting product launch activities and play a key role in bringing future
Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach models to market
- Creation and design of model brochures, specification files and competitor analysis documents
- Working alongside the Product Managers on various interesting projects
- Developing a deep knowledge and understanding of our product range, with direct exposure to our exciting line-up of models
What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated students who have a driven to win attitude
- Genuine passion to work in the automotive industry, with an eagerness to learn and develop
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities focused on timely delivery and quality results.
- Highly proactive, confident and takes initiative
To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2026, in a Commerce or Business related degree.

This is a local, contract role. You must have a valid working visa for Australia / New Zealand for the entire length of the contract, to be able to apply for this position.
