About the Role

We're hiring Account Manager Interns to support our business development efforts and grow our customer base. This is a remote, performance-based internship where you'll reach out to potential clients, introduce our service, and help them place their first orders via our platform.

Our clients include not just real estate agents, but also developers, interior stylists, photographers, and other professionals who need quality visual content for property marketing.

This is a role for people who love connecting, asking questions, and following up. It's also a great opportunity for those who want to gain real sales experience, work flexibly, and potentially grow into a paid position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone or message
  • Introduce Meta Home Staging's digital staging services
  • Guide clients through our website and ordering process
  • Maintain relationships with leads and follow up professionally
  • Join weekly online team check-ins and training

  • Previous sales or cold calling experience is a strong advantage, but not required

Compensation Details

  • This internship follows a performance-based earnings structure from the outset.
  • In the first month, compensation is based on commissions from new client orders, paid fortnightly.
  • After achieving key performance milestones (KPIs), interns transition to a hybrid pay structure, which includes:

  • A guaranteed base allowance, plus

  • Ongoing commissions and performance bonuses

  • There is no cap on earnings — your income is determined by your performance.

  • All training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed.

Note: This internship is designed in line with Fair Work Australia guidelines for voluntary internships. It is intended for individuals seeking professional development through a performance-driven opportunity with structured training and clear progression pathways.
