Internship Overview

This internship is designed for high-performing engineering students who combine technical rigour with commercial curiosity. You'll be embedded in a live private equity value-creation programme, collaborating with the Attalis Capital and Kinder executives to drive revenue growth, cost reduction and AI integration.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

  • Dormant-customer activation
    : Analyse ERP/CRM data, design segmented email/phone campaigns, and execute systematic follow-ups
  • Commercial analytics
    : Develop SQL/Python dashboards to identify cross-sell and pricing opportunities
  • AI-agent development
    : Prototype LLM-powered agents (using Python or no-code tools) to automate lead qualification and proposal generation

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Enrolled in an engineering degree (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, industrial, etc.) with additional studies in commerce, finance, data science, or computer science
  • Melbourne-based and able to commute to Braeside
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn skills in AI prompting and agent building (e.g., ChatGPT, LangChain, n8n)
  • Strong emotional intelligence: effective communicator comfortable with cold calls and C-suite correspondence
  • Academic excellence; Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and proactive mindset
